The Consultants' Forum was founded by Dr. Lorna Speid (Speid & Associates, Inc.) and Dr. Marilyn Carlson (entremedica, Inc.) in July 2004. The Consultants' Forum was incorporated as a non profit in 2008. The vision of the organization is to provide a vehicle by which consultants serving the life sciences community in San Diego and abroad can be more effective.

Speid & Associates, Inc. is a regulatory, drug development and drug discovery consultancy. Lorna collaborates with other organizations (toxicology houses, CROs, consultants) to provide a full complement of services required for the development of new chemical entities. Andrew Paulis Consulting
Andrew Paulis consulting provides strategic planning and organizational development services.
Services include organizational and leadership assessment, goal-setting and action planning, organizational support systems, succession planning, and more. Getting everything on the table and everyone on the same page.
Developing strategic plans of Mission, Vision, Values and Purpose that will define the desired future, and to determine ways to get there through strategic alignment of organization and resources.
